Once you’ve completed our onboarding process, you have direct access to the schools of your choice. Our shifts occur in various k12 education settings, from public schools and charter schools to residential facilities and day programs. With no shift minimums, you can work 8 hours one week and 40 hours the next.

We register certified and uncertified teachers and therapists, paraprofessionals, food service, custodial, and others who can reliably deliver safe, quality care to students in various education settings, such as public schools, charter schools, long-term care facilities, and residential day programs.

While we register education professionals across the country, we currently do not offer referral engagements in every state—but we’re working hard to change that. We’re consistently growing our national footprint and taking on new partner schools daily.

FocusEDU Staffing Group is an education referral agency, so you must have an active teaching certification or experience in an education setting for our uncertified engagements. We also require paraprofessionals to have a minimum of six months of relevant experience to apply.

The onboarding process involves:
-Passing a skills quiz.
-Completing contractor-related agreements.
-Providing credentials based on the requirements set forth by your state of residence or the facilities themselves.

Credentials typically include:
-An annual physical exam.
-TB test results.
-A background check.
-A COVID vaccination card (or medical/religious exemption).

Our pay period runs Monday through Sunday, with scheduled paydays every Friday. We deposit your pay directly into your bank account with ZERO transaction fees.

The engagements’ length varies based on the client company’s needs or internal requirements. FSG offers summer engagements, and our partner schools often request the same professionals daily, day after day, year after year.
